- Request Your Free Consultation We'll schedule a time to walk your property, listen to your needs, and discuss your goals.
- Receive Your Custom Plan: You will recieve a document outlining my ideas, recommendations, and some general prices to look over. You select any you like, or suggest something else, and I then will draw up an itemized proposal with a quote. These quotes (for my services) are good for as long as I am in business - even after my prices increase!
- Approve & Schedule Take all the time you need. When you're ready, a 50% deposit reserves your installation date, and we'll finalize the details
- Installation Day You only need to be present at the start, and the final walkthrough, otherwise I handle everything else!
- Thrive with Ongoing Support -For the next 3 years, in decreasing seasonal intervals, you will receive a courtesy check-in to make sure everything continues to thrive!

Every yard is unique, and requires different levels of care. If you have a specific need and you dont see it listed, chances are I can help you wiht that just ask! *Leaf management isnt always leaf removal. When possible I try to identify a designated spot to leave whole for wildlife habitat, or mulch in place to feed the soil. Ask me about "Soft Landing" creation!
Native Habitat Installations
Single project installs. Design and install a new native garden, retrofit existing beds, or tackle invasives and replant with blooms!
Labor: Book before end of year and get 20% off!:
Single Day: $400 $320
Two-Day: $500 $400
Plants/Materials: Billed separately at cost. (no markup)
Plant Budget Rule of Thumb: Plan for at least the same amount you're paying for labor. (e.g Full day = $320+ in plants). I'll work with whatever budget you have though and try to give multiple tiered optoins in any design.
These prices assume minimal site prep necessary to begin planting (perfect for a retrofit!) Additional labor may be needed, disclosed during consultation, depending on site preparation required.
How it works:
- FREE consultation & habitat assessment
- I send you ideas & general pricing
- If you like an idea, I create detailed itemized proposal
- You approve, pay deposit which is either ~50% of total project or full plant budget + 10% Labor (whichever is MORE)
- I install, you pay remaining balance day-of after completion

🌿 NEW: 2026 Property Stewardship Program
Starting as low as $70mo W/ autopay!
Ongoing ecological property management starting January 2026. Instead of one-time projects, I become your year-round ecological consultant, native habitat specialist and head gardener.
What's Included:
- 28 Banked hours: miniumum of 1 visit per season, can be four 7hr visits, eight 3.5hr visits, Twenty-eight 1hr visits, etc. Every property has unique needs and gets a unique plan. the 28hrs per year is a the guranteed minimum. The bonus is, you dont pay for extra hours spent on site, you will never get a bill for additional hours used during stewardship.
- Comprehensive Habitat Triage & Property Plan
- Member-Exclusive Pricing for any Native Habitat Installation or additional project. You get exclusive access to rates ~50% off my standard service fees for ANY add-on project.
- Hand weeding, pruning, perennial care, invasive monitoring
- Coordination with lawn crews, arborists, contractors if needed (small lots may include regular aesthetic mowing on per-case basis)
- Priority scheduling & direct access, and always the same face!
- You buy plants, I'll plant them during my visit!
- Hostas or Lillies getting out of hand? I'll divide them for you!
- See a weird bug? Leaves a funny color? I'll be on-call to put your mind at ease and help you diagnose the cause.
- Storm Checkups to look for tree damage and facilitate certified arborist if needed
